It's outdated misinformation is all. I eat right before bed, it hasn't hurt me one bit, as a matter of fact it's 12:10 and I'm about to eat in a little bit then go to sleep.

Lifting is more important in terms of looking better. If you have a good diet plan and stick to it cardio will do nothing for you that eating at a deficit will do. Burn 600 cals running just to eat them back? No thanks. Lol. Lift hard for an hour and feel your body change over this journey? Sign me up. Just my 2 cents.

I was scared to up mine. But I did, slowly going from 1850 to 2120 in about a month. I was at a standstill for a little while and questioned my decision to up my cals. I like to weigh on Monday morning to keep myself accountable for what I did over the weekend. Sometimes it helps me learn from mistakes, like if I over do it at a BBQ for a football game I know that I will not see a loss...helps me keep out of the chips and salsa lol and have some pop corn while watching the game

To be honest, frustrated and upset a bit. Now I don't answer blocked calls because I know it's work trying to call me in ;) I also turn my phone completely off when I'm at the gym, not just silent.

Tell her to just stick with it for a few weeks and see if it starts working before making any changes. Also, if I stay about the same for a week the chances of a decent loss the next week increase I've noticed :)

My rule is: earn it. If I want to eat more cals, I need to burn more cals simple as that :) otherwise if it hits my macros and cal goal it's fine.

That's not true. My best friend is an emt and he said he's never once looked at a drivers lisence. And we do list them in our state. The guy was prolly just being a jerk.

I love that that place has great options!!! I usually get the streak and shrimp off the 550 cals section. Doesn't even feel like I'm on a diet because I'm eating steak and shrimp haha :)
