I have also wanted to go to a waterpark. What has held me back isn't the rides really, but the fact that I would be shirtless. I started driving to meet friends, then I explain to them that I'm driving so I'm not going to drink. They understand, and anyone who is a friend sure as hell wouldn't let you drink and drive. :)

If you eat over your calories it could make you gain. If you don't, you will not. Same with anything :)

Try reusable containers that you could wash. I personally don't believe in "going green" but their are tons of good ways to do it. I know someone who washes and uses ziplock bags more than once.

I used to know some people like that. Turns out when they age it catches up to them. My older sister is a great example of this. She used to eat a lot and never gain weight, she continued her eating habits and is now overweight with no real other changes to her diet or exercise routine. Just got older.

My sister had that same issue, turned out she wasn't getting enough protein in her diet. Maybe check that too. (Now she's fine, upped her protein and isn't having the issue anymore)

I would be very happy to know this as well. I'm 6'1, 193 lbs and 14.6% bf. I would really like to get under 12. Also, I lift heavy 5 days a week and get my cardio outdoors by riding my bike to work and around town. I currently eat 2120 cals a day and my macros are set at 35/35/30.
