Good ideas there! I recently upped my cals and had no idea what to do, after a few days playing around with my cals/macros I know exactly what to eat everyday to get to where I want to be.

The gym is my escape! When I'm finished with work and school I go there, I set no time limit of when I have to leave....I turn off my phone (not just silent, all the way off) and just relax by lifting lol I get at least 50 work calls a day....or emails or whatever on my own time. Mfp's advice has worked for me :) I tweaked my macros a bit, other than that it's exactly what they gave me. All those calculaters (like mfp) are a guess. Unless you've actully been tested in a lab then your guessing :) lol

They're probably some out there on the web but I wouldn't give it a second look as weight loss is not linear. You would have the same results as if you just calculated how much you lost a week x the number of weeks out your trying to look at. But do remember that it will not be very accurate.

Depends on what you do....cardio is fine everyday. But if you do strangth training as well some rest days would be good.

I used to do it with a bottle of Jamison....last time I went to the gym and just lifted....lifted hard.....then tanned, got my hair cut, shaved....and picked myself up.....hopefully you feel better :(

I don't post pics of my dinner or check in at the gym, or post about workouts etc. because it really can rub some people the wrong way I've herd. Agreed! I eat way more than I should once every few weeks and it's fine. On Monday I had 5 slices of pizza while watching football. It didn't hurt me at all, in fact I weigh less today than I did at the beginning of that day :)
