1. Have someone help you take your measurements (right arm, left arm, waist, right leg, left leg etc....) 2. Start strength training 3 to 4 days a week 3. Notice results and become a healthy 126 pounds instead of 102. You will look and feel WAY better.

Is there any way that you can search your own ground beer's nutritional value online? And then "create" your own food in the system? I always guess on that too and I am sure it makes a big difference!
