Agree!! I gained 2 pounds as well from insanity and I have about 25 to lose!!! You need to do measurements and not only focus on weight! Also, make sure you are eating enough calories! I found myself feeling tired because I wasn't eating enough!

Right now I am doing step class on Mondays which I can easily burn 550 calories....other days I am mostly doing DVDs like CHAlean and TaeBo...most of these I am burning 350 calories at the most. I worked 13 hours yesterday (teaching children and then a work meeting til late into the night) and I STILL came home and worked out.....part of me wanted to and part of me didn't BUT....the old me would NEVER EVER EVER EVER would have worked out after such a long day. It was great! I am still happy about it today :)

I love to slice up a cucumber and eat the whole thing...it is about 45 calories and the crunch is what I am looking for. Take the cheese wedges (like laughing cow or crystal farms) that have 35 calories to them and some crackers. You are looking at about 175 calorie snack YUMMY!
