My friend a couple of years was always watching what she ate and always going to the gym. She never wanted to go out because she did not want to drink her calories way. It's really not as long as your eating the right meals...I eat breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and then dinner. Best Luck too you and I hope you don't give up.
