Hey Friends!

I am new to the site but I am finding it to be a very helpful and useful tool to kick start the weight loss. Thanks Jewell80 for helping me get started. I am not doing as much exercise as I would like due to my schedule, but the menu planning is my best approach.
It has been 9 days since I started and I have lost 3.4 lbs. So I am excited. :smile:

    I have been here just over a week and am really enjoying it. I need some helpwith relation to the nutrients tracker...i dont have a lot to lose but what are the best nutrients to track on here to lose weight!!!!

  • Congrats on that! 3.4 lbs is wonderful. Continue to put your best foot forward. Check the internet for excerises you can do with limited time. You'll be surprised what you can really get in, even with a busy schedule.
