From what I have read it appears that strong flavored foods such as mints or spicy foods can also cause sneezing due to irritation to the mucous membranes. Wow... I would not be able to handle it. I have no self control around chocolate. We have food in the office but most of it is healthy. My problem is that I eat so much of it.

I was in my doctor's waiting room yesterday and this poor teenage boy remained red in the face the whole time. His mom was even singing the McDonald's filet of fish song. It was great. He kept wispering "mom stop." I was obvious that his pleading was only feuling her. It made me laugh.:tongue:
