Cheat days don't make sense to me. If you're serious about losing weight and being healthy why would you do such a think to yourself? There is a different between "everything in moderation" and flat out having a cheat day. In the end you'e only cheating yourself.

ALL THE TIME. I'm 22, and my parents freak out when I tell them I'd like to be at least 130. I'm 5'3 and my highest was 223. I'm now 160. I'm super tiny compared to what I was before, but I have so much to go. They're not used to seeing me this "small". It's quite annoying.

No, I actually just don't like to flavor/taste. For example. I love making wraps and such. The wraps are always so soft, and i feel like I'm eating flour right out of the bag. I think it's a mixture of taste and texture I don't like. Same thing goes for other things made with it.

I can understand being reported for boobs. What does your boobs have to do with weight loss? 95% of the time it's just girls showing their 'big boobs'. I'm not here for that. I'm here to lose weight and get fit. Show your bodies, and your butts! (Because butts can transform from squats and such).
