Low carb vs gluten/wheat free 'diet'?
I stated my journey on January 26th. I am currently down 43 pounds. Like everyone else, I have been trying to figure out a 'diet' that fits me best. I feel like I eat the same things all the time. HELP!
Writing a new list of food to get. I want to try new things. What do you eat that you'd like to share? I'm 40 pounds down, and I still have 35 pounds to go, and I feel like if I change the food I eat it will pick back up again.

How long do you wait before weighing yourself in the am?
I'm extremely curious to see all the different answers. I've been thinking about this quite often. Is there a right time to do this?
