I will be finishing my 6th week tomorrow! My whole core is so sore. Haha. But that is a good thing. The Max Interval Circuit is by far the hardest workout in my opinion. Just trying to push through and do as much as I can!

I'm on week 1 of month 2. I feel like I'm starting over again! It's really challenging! Soreness is good though. Means the change is coming!

How tall are you? I'm 5'5 150 and when I put in my info I'm told I should be eating 2000 a day. Which seems like a lot to me.
