Well I have had a couple of weeks off from logging here and I too will be sorry when this is finished and hope we can keep going. 40 minutes of plain ild walking.

Maybe he is just afraid that when you get to where you want to be, you will be more attractive to OTHER men, in other words he may be a bit jealous of the idea. My hubby keeps saying what if..... Just stop worrying about it and enjoy the changes.

Hi, I did lots of housework today and cooking, weight lifting of one baby several times and walking.

20 minutes strength training and 3 hours of walking around at a Dutch festival doing Steps 12608 Distance 5.18 miles and my feet are sore!! LOL

I did 20 minutes of strength training walked for 50 minutes @ 4 mph a few minutes of step exercise.

I walked Steps 12777 Distance 5.25 miles 100 dalf raises and 30 minutes of weight lifting lifting and moving heavy tables mostly by myself As well as doing weights at home.

I am like you I have never been able to run< I am also a lot older than you but my dream is to run when my weight finally goes. You have done a great job and you look so lovely. Congrats and I hope you make your final goal soon.

I walked 6446 steps for a Distance of 2.65 miles! Did 200 standing dumbell deltoid flies and 125 sumo squats 20 half calf raises.

Steps 3607 Distance 1.48 miles 50 sumo squats 30 half calf raises which I have been told to do daily by my podiatrist!! Need to do better tomorrow.

I did 50 single overhead tricep extension 50 dumbell hammer curls 50 dumbell wrist curls 50 half calf raiseplus 30 minutes of walking. did it all yesterday (monday)

I go here, there are daily challenges you can do over the whole day if you want, or do them all at once, this has really motivated me. Also they put up the challenge and the websites to go to where a personal trainer shows you how to do the exercise properly, I have found this invaluable.…

Busy day today, but I managed to get in 20 minutes doing WII Tennis 5 minutes Wii bowling, both of which was loads of fun I walked 5355 dteps for a total of 2.2 ,iles.

Platau's are not a nice t6hing I have been on one for 6 months too, but have changed the exercise I do and am doin more strenth training and it my weight has slighlty moved, I pray it for you it moves again too. You look great. Cngrats on your loss so far.
