Apart from some heavy work this morning, I have done 100 dumbell curls and 50 modified pushups so far. Would like to fit in some more if I do I will add it to this.
-
I did 100 standup dumbell curls using 4 pounds weights and I did 20 minutes on the TM. And I don't know if this counts but I spent 50 minutes mopping a great big hall where I cater functions.

I've got 30 to lose and am struggling to get it off, but I will keep at it till I do no matter how long it takes.

For starters one thing really stands out to me and that is that YOU are very proud of your wife and she obviously had your support. Well done to her for making the changes and succeeding in losing her weight and then going on to inspire others to do the same. Congrats to her.

The way I look at it is that if you have reached your goal with the support of your friends, would you then not stay on to continue to support those friends, who may still NEED that support!!!
-
I wouldn't mind joining in I need some more motivation and sure need to find some differnt things to help me lose weight.
-
Fantastic work, you look great. Well done!!

I agree with the fat/genetics that was mentioned and others too, but in my case I know the lack of moving about at the time is what got me diabetes, I just sat and sat here and did nit much else and believe me that is no good at all.
-
Good luck on your weightloss journey. Feel free to add me!

It is more likely fluid but when first exercising we gain muscle and muscle weighs, however it soon levels out so don't worry about it.
-
You look fantastic, congrats on the loss and the hard work, it has obviously paid off.
-
At the end of he day you are moving and it is all exercise so yes I log it in it's various forms, eg. light, moderate etc. I log all my cleaning just as much as I do all my other exercise.
-
That is absolutely awesome, it is my goal also to either get doown to low dosage diabetic meds or off them altogether. WTG mate you have done really well and should be well and truly proud.
-
WOW, look at you!! You look absolutely amazing, congratulations on a job well done!!

Are you exercising too? I have lost 2 kg but because of the exercise have lost 4 inches of my waist. A friend measures me so I know it is right.
