The best overall exercise and easy on the knees is walking, I love walking it is peaceful and great for seeing the outdoors, I take a friend and my dog so I have someone to talk too if I want and I just love walking my dog. My most favourite is getting out f the house and walking, I love seeing how people gardens evolve or go country and just have the peace and quiet so relaxing. I also am going to try zumba.

I also am not one of your friends, but I am keeping you and your family in prayer. You sound like a pretty strong personality, the thing is our exercise4 is often a tool to use to take our mind of other things for a little while at least and at the same time benefits us!!! Hope things improve for you!!

We are heading towards winter here and I need to lose at least 60 pounds but 20 is a good start.
