  • Thank you. Well last night I had a little extra at dinner and tonight I'll also aim for 1300. Gradually upping a few calories a day until I hit 1500-1700 by next week. If I just jump into it and see that gain I'll panic.

  • Absolutely! I've recently felt stuck at 98lbs for what seems like forever. But when I look at the graph I see I've actually lost just over 1lb in less than a week. Compare that with my naughty snacks all week and I'm doing well actually! Its wonderful to have figures to look up when you get a little jaded about it.

  • Not sure of the exact date but recently I hit the " Gee has logged in 40 days in a row mark " so I'd say I've lost my 19lbs since around the 7th - 9th July. Roughly a month and a half 19lbs loss. People bare in mind my job is very hard going, thats pretty much the reason Ive been so lucky.

  • I had the same problem. I was only going about once a week for 3 weeks. I was eating Shreddies at first to try and get some nutrients but it never helped. On Saturday I bought Morrisons own high fibre bran cereal and I have now been every 2 days. But several times on those days. It really helped me! Try it out. :-)
