Last week I bought a packet of "Morrisons Signature Belgian Chocolate Cookies". The packet very clearly states that one cookie has 127 calories per cookie. I was surprised, so obviously bought them and was really pleased as they were a big favourite of mine for years.

However, when I went to eat my first last week, I scanned them, and MFP says they are 388 calories EACH. The barcode is correct, the name is correct to a tee, also.

So I've avoided eating one for a week. Then today I think " Ah just do it! If it says 127 on the pack it must be right! "

I ate one. Then looked them on the Morrisons website and also again on MFP. Morrisons is still saying they are 388 calories and MFPs is saying 357.

I am really frustrated and don't know which is truth and which isn't! Shouldn't the box be correct? So why is the website adding another 250 calories!!!

I'm actually gutted. lmao I had a bad weekend for food ( ate dinner out with family ) and wish I hadn't bothered now as I may decide to skip dinner over this until I know for sure what I'm putting into my body. This cookie is tiny, 357 - 388 calories...seriously? :(

Oh for God's sake now another nutritional chart is saying 207 calories. I know its ONE cookie but I really plan out my treats so well and its unsettling to think Im over eating due to one lousy cookie that I didnt need, just wanted a wee treat.

Seems Morrison's tend to make a fair few errors with their labels on foods then.

sometimes the packaging will say how many calories are in one single cookie, but then the nutrition label lists 2 or 3 of them as a serving size, especially if they are smallish. I'm not sure if that's the case here but double check the serving size maybe.
