  • I use it for anything that would normally call for beef. Add just a little bit of beef fat to it and she won't be able to tell a difference.
  • You're exactly right. We are humans and we will all make mistakes. This isn't an easy journey. It comes with it's up and downs. No one can be perfect. We just have to learn to cope.
  • Last weekend I went out to eat and ordered what I normally do. I couldn't eat near as much as I did before after exercising and counting my calories.
  • That's what I did last week and still lost 2.8. I'm going to try it again this week. I didn't go crazy on my food either and I still logged everything I ate.
  • I try very hard to stay on track and 99% of the time I do. My friend and I were planning on having lunch Saturday at a Mexican restaurant. Probably not the best pick but I don't want to deprive myself either. Thanks for all the great input!
