It's supposed to keep your body from storing carbs and sugars as fat. You take it 15 minutes before each meal. I can't seem to find any reviews online for it though.

My boyfriend and I are doing this together we started MFP together and are eating better and exercising, hes 6'5 and im 5'10 and he gets 1000 more calories a day than I do annnnd after our first month I lost 14lbs and he lost 27!! So I totally understand you =)

GO to www.earthclinic.com I LOVE that site and it says to use extra virgin coconut oil for stretch marks. Lots of people swear by it!

I have read about both of these on earthclinic.com (I love that site!) so I bought the braggs apple cider vinegar, I cant get over the smell so I haven't started taking it yet, it's been in my cupboard for months now. I need to not be a wuss anymore and give it a try. Thanks for inspiring me!

Slice it up, dip it in egg whites, then in whole wheat bread crumbs, bake it or pan fry it in olive oil then top it with marinara and reduced fat italian blend cheese and make egg plant parm =)

Take your weight, divide it by two and thats how many ounces of water you should drink. A 150lbs person should drink 75 ounces of water a day.

I use the GNC total lean 25, it has more protein and less carbs than a normal shake, i replace my lunch with it on days I work out, and you have to drink your protein shake within 10 minutes of your workout.

Im not 100% sure, I just started doing this whole diet and exercise thing myself so i'm not sure what burns the most. Ive just been told it's good to bring your heart rate up and down while you're doing the cardio part of your exercise, if I find out anything else I'll let you know.

Its good to get your heart rate up then bring it down. For instance if you were on the treadmill start with walking (about 3.5 mph) for three minutes then run (6.7-7.5 mph) for one minute, then alternate one minute of each back and fourth it melts calories away when you do that (so what my trainer says) and do it before…
