I don't care what anyone else says, this is EXACTLY how I feel. I don't necessarily think it'll make or break my relationship, but it's just something I don't like. No matter how long your relationship is or how comfortable you are in front of the person, at least for me, I wouldn't do any of the above.

I say no. Do not eat your exercise calories, it's counter productive to burn calories to then eat them back.

I didn't notice a difference either! That's why I'm glad I took a picture because I do look different. I guess it takes 6 weeks for your mind to adjust and see yourself differently. How sucky is that!

I've been vegetarian for 5 years. It's easy peasy! I eat LOTS of tofu and tempeh. I like to marinade either for 10-15 minutes then put it on the stove until the sugar in the sauce starts to brown.
