Ever just feel low?

I used to HATE running. And one day I decided I was going to be a runner, I just ran for the first time ever -- a mile! And today, for the first time ever, I ran over a mile! Have you always been a runner or did one day you decide you wanted to be? Have you done any races/marathons?

Water?
I've been averaging 10cups of water a day and I feel so great! Emotionally and physically! Has anyone else who just switched to drinking lots of water feel different?

Running and legs rubbing?
So, I have stretch marks on the inside of my legs and when I run or bike or walk with shorts on, they tend to rub and irritate my skin. Nike Training Club - iPhone?
I just downloaded Nike Training Club on my iPhone and I was wondering if anyone knew how to log it? Since you can have anywhere from 20 min work outs to and hour +. I'm not sure if I should put it under cardio(but it doesn't tell you caloric burn) or under strength training? Any thoughts?

Losing inches and not pounds?
I've been dieting and exercising for about 2 months, I've lost about 3.5-4 lbs and then 3ins off my waist(idk my other measurements because I couldn't remember what they were before I measured myself). Is it normal to be losing and feeling like you're lost more in inches than in pounds?

Frustrated
For about three weeks now I've been dieting low car, cutting calories and working out 3-4 days a week. This week, I upped by work out by 5 days a week. I'm so frustrated, because I literally haven't lost anything. Is this normal? It's been three weeks and nothing. Not even water weight!
