I will just run to aisle 5 and pour as many sweet n low packets down my throat as I can stomach. Same effect. I can't get past the taste it leaves me with. I wanted to like them too :/

I've had the ear infection for almost two weeks. The first round of antibiotics I tried did not help at all. So this time she gave me the pred. Plus a new antibiotic to try together.

1. FOOD SCALE!!!! I can not say that enough. 2. Moving more even in the smallest way. Not asking others to grab something for you. Taking the stairs. Etc. 3. Water. Water. Water.

You are so right. I am glad you are better. I was not trying to be dramatic over a 10 day dose. I know it could be so much worse and I am grateful. Weighing all of my food opened my eyes in a way you just wouldn't believe. For fun I weighed what I used as a tablespoon for peanut butter and cream cheese. LOL the weight in grams.. I was eating 1/2-1 extra serving. It truly is a must. Give your self some time and drink plenty of water. Good luck.

Motivation and accountability is amazing and helpful but it seems some need a babysitter and want to be one to others for success. Wowza.

I only have like 35 friends and tend to see the same 10-12 always liking and commenting. I don't even always notice everyone constantly. Today is log in day 55 for me.

Ending it sounds like a good plan. She doesn't care enough about you to be supportive. You don't care about her enough not to hide from her and go to dinner occasionally and make it fit in your calorie goals.

I would probably cry if I weighed in at night after all day. It can be anywhere from 2-6 lbs!

There you go. You had food and water weight. Pick a day or time to weigh yourself and weigh in at that time. I weigh every Saturday morning after I pee(lol) and before I've had anything to eat. And I wear my birthday suit. That way it's all relative.
