LOL, I love the elliptical! It's what I'm doing today.

Alright, I did bad this morning, but I'm babysitting at my cousin's house, and there's an elliptical in the living room. Hooray! I'll wait until the toddler takes a nap, then I'll be busting my butt. I've got 200 calories for lunch and dinner right now.

LOL, I took your advice and it actually worked! Now I have pretty toes and I'm not wanting to eat. =)
-
I'm 5'6" and aiming for 135-140.

Thank you.

Ouch, no need to be rude. But I'll post my unedited thought from early- TROLL. She posted something and then the post right after was NO WAY! Must have forgotten to log in to the other troll account.

Really?

I'm gonna do this. Give me a second, and I'll post after I've timed myself. Maybe I should go the bathroom first.... Edit: :noway: FAIL! 34 seconds! Well, I was tired today and everything, sore too. I want to make one minute by.... July 20th. That's my challenge. Two seconds everyday.

Oh no! It's the 4th of July. I planned on staying home and hanging out with my sister (my parents are away on vacation), but then my best friend invited me to his aunt's house to celebrate 4th of July with them, so I decided to go. Only one problem- my friend's mom goes nuts when people don't stuff themselves. She's like…

LOL, my dad knows the person who owns Baskin Robbins, so we've both got jobs there (as soon as I turn 16). And it turns out, I have enough left to do it, with the exercise I did at my cousins. I planned for it. =D I even have extra afterward (78 left). This isn't something I plan on doing all the time, but I'm enjoying my…

I confess that I have done AMAZING today, and that I might just ruin it all with a Jamoca Shake my sister will bring home from Baskin Robbins. ARGH, the horrors of having a sister working at an ice cream place. *shudder*
-
LOL, it DOES remind me of that commercial now! =D
-
Ack! I'm horrible. Two weeks in a row without posting. I PROMISE I'll check in next week. I PROMISE. Summer school got hard, and now I'm studying for my Health/Driver's Ed Final, and getting ready to take the test for my learner's permit. =D Exciting.

I'm watching now. As a 15 yo girl who is watching her parents' marriage fail, I relate. I personally believe that Kate is too bossy. If she made an effort to tone it down, I think it may have worked out. Jon also needs to grow up a little bit. Sometimes he has no common sense. I think personally, they should have given it…

Boy, am I sore. My mom and I went to the waterpark yesterday, and we just kept walking UP the stairs OVER and OVER. Plus, I'm the "stronger one" (as my mother put it) so I ended up having to carry the inner tube up the stairs. Oh well, it was still SO much fun. My my legs and shoulders are sore. And of course, white little…

LOL, I spent three weeks in China last summer, that's all we had, unless we were at a Best Western or something. We called 'em the "squatty potties" and everywhere we went, we asked around for "western toilets." But, oh yeah, the squatty potties suck. Especially when you're sick because you forgot to only drink bottled…

LOL, I've heard that one before. I love it. Andddd... Why do seagulls live by the sea? Because if they lived by the bay, they'd be baygulls!

Excuse me, my mistake. :frown:

Ah, Rach- hope you feel better. I usually have to drain mine too. I have bunions, and I went roller skating once, and got one about the size of two quarters side by side. I just had to drain it. If you can, wear slippers, it doesn't hurt as much. Andddd, wooh, this is a good week. I'm down almost 3 pounds. =D

From what I read on their website (maybe I'm reading it wrong) but it includes cheese. Direct from their website: Subs with 6 grams of fat or less include wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, green peppers and olives. All other sandwich values include cheese unless otherwise noted. Salads contain meat/poultry,…

LOL, I've got 60 pounds to lose- but I only post my most flattering pictures.
-
Awesome job Rach! :drinker:

I'm talking from experience here (with my own parents, not my own marriage ). When my mom lost 110 pounds, after that, my parents' relationship pretty much fell apart. My mom was a happier person, and my dad was really jealous. He hated to see my mom so happy over something he didn't do, so he started getting…

My mother's friend tried Alli, and she said it worked great- besides the fact that she had to wear a pad for the first 3 weeks. Apparently, it's like liposuction, it melts the fat, and then it drains out of you through certain spots on your body. Though some people said this didn't happen to them... but I want to let you…

I'm in love with the elliptical. It's not as hard on knees as running is, and it's fun (I think).

LOL, no time for a workout. Well, maybe 5 minutes. I have a paper due tomorrow for summer school. A whole year of school work is condensed into 3 weeks- I have usually 6-7 hours of homework a night, and then I have my musical practice to go to. I looked for an apple and we were out! Nooooo! Maybe I'll just try a salad....…
-
No, I am at home. Summer school only goes 7-10 AM.
-
Wooohooo, you guys are amazing!

Good job. I don't want to burst your bubble- but it may be water weight. Though the lifestyle change is what you really should be looking for, so giving up those treats- awesome job!
