:blushing: :blushing: :blushing: thanks guys!! I'm retaining & up 1 from yesterday so I really just needed some motivation & some time to reflect on how far I've come. I got to keep telling myself, one day, one meal, one pound at a time!

I have changed my fitness goals. Ive changed my goal weight to 155lbs which is still overweight... But if I want to go down from there I will. Still 30lbs to go!

Also I have figured out my problem.. I dont eat too bad I tend to over eat just a little bit and have not been exercising too much. If I can exercise a bit everyday I should be able to stay within my cal limit! Why didnt I think of this before? hahaha

That sounds great!! 155 was my initial goal as well!! I just couldn't believe that I could ever REALLY get that low! Now, here I am pushing on to my next goal of 145. MFP works!! The food diary, the exercise log & the great friends you make along the way!! Keep at it! You'll get there!

Don't worry, I usually don't behave this good! I'm not snacking at night anymore, so I guess that helps.

So this week has been super busy again, I am so proud of all of you that have been doing so well.

I went for a run tonight - 2 miles in 25 minutes and 25 seconds. My personal best. I am hoping tomorrow to be able to do 2.5 miles but we will see.

I am just getting frustrated because I start every morning with a healthy breakfast and then come lunch I fall off of the wagon which explains why I am not losing any weight. If I can get my eatting under control and add some strength training I think I would feel so amazing. So I guess time will tell.
It is 12:40ish right now, I still have two chapters to read before school tomorrow and two journals to type up. I have to leave the house around 8 and won't be back home until 3:30. Sometimes I don't know how I get through a week with everything going on.

Sorry for the complaining, I appreciate you listening. I just wish I had more time to post with all of you!!

    Back to the Books!!

K, this is a bad weekend for me. Upset with my daughter, 16, who just moved home yesterday:smooched: , is so independent and private. I hate it!!:explode: ! I have 2 who tell me anything, and 2 that are private. I am an easy going parent, know what teens are like, and just want to be supportive, offer advice, etc. I feel like I don't know her anymore...  Anyway, 1 ate TONS of cookies and crap. Hello Emotional Eater???

Today is my 12 yr old's BD party and the cake has LOTS of ICING. Ahhhh! No willpower there. At least we're going to do Tai kwon do for the party, and self defence. So, I'll quit rambling and go mow the lawn. You guys are so great and nonjudgemental- ya!

    Olive garden is evil............

I was overruled for lunch today and we went to Olive garden. I tried to be good and had salad which i tried to get the stuff that was in the middle and not drenched in dressing. 1 Breadstick and linguine with tomato sauce, which still put me at almost 1000 calories. YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I ran around with my HRM monitor on for 1.5 hours doing birthday party stuff- Took 16- 12 yr olds to Self Defense at a Tai Kwan Do place. We walked there, I stayed involved and tried all the punches, blocks, kicks, etc. Burned about 800 cals! Actually the instructor thought I was excellent-had an aura of confidence around me. But, the bad part is-I ate 2 pieces of veggie, thin crust pizza, and 2 pieces of cake. And the icing, mmmmm. Anyway, at least I did stuff even though I ate crap. Birthday Party was a huge success. We surprised the kids while we walked there. They were so excited and LOVED learning the moves to protect themselves. And now, I am forever done planning my kids birthday parties. Yay! The last one! Some kids are sooo loud and obnoxious. 3 left here for a sleepover. I can handle it.

I haven't been logging my food this weekend however I have been watching what I eat. I did a mile walk and some wii active. I can't wait to weigh in this week again. I can't wait to hit my goal weight. I also can't wait and dance around when I hit my 50lb mark. :drinker: Everyone is doing great.

Oooooh another great thing I found! Over the last month, I have lost 2in off my waist and 1in off my hips. Hurray!!!! The scale is one thing, but it's the inches that really make me feel like this is actually happening!!! Good thing is, I haven't lost any in my chest....I need to hold onto the little bit I have there.

I can't believe this is really happening! This is by far the most I've ever lost and to be at 189 now!?!?! I'm speechless. This is really working! Someone pinch me! I'm gonna be a hottie!!!

Kath- it sounds like a great birthday - and If we cannot enjoy our kids and family events we wouldn't be living - you did great burning extra calories

Rach - I am so excited to hear things are going so well!
I am stuck this week after a month of losing 10 pounds now nothing....my body loves to torture me! My husband jogged with my Friday after work - he had a hard time keeping going but I was so proud that he did it with me - it's hard to get a pace we can both go at - he takes bigger steps but he's also not ready to run at his regular speed either....then on Saturday, we took a 2 hour walk - it was incredible both times our son rode his bike so he got exercise too! Good non eventful weekend!

I stepped on the scale this morning. :grumble: I guess this weekend must have caught up to me. I'm going to drink lots of water and exercise like crazy. Well I should say I will be doing the wii active and then when i cools down I will go for a walk maybe a couple of miles. Its suppose to be pretty warm here not looking forward to it.

Jess- that's why we weigh in on Wed to give ourselves time to settle back down....I was right on calories this weekend - a bit over what my goal said for yesterday but right where I want me to be - I was up a pound but I don't register it til the official weigh in day and 99% of the time it's gone again - I think fluid plays a huge roll-I really vary in weight by about 4 pounds within one day. Just keep working hard!

Rach- I love your new profile pic! :flowerforyou:

I totally broke yesterday. I was so stressed about school that I had a bowl of Lucky Charms and two poptarts. I think I learned my lesson though. My body is so used to whole foods that I literally got sick to my stomach. :noway: I guess that's a sign I'm doing well.
