Well I doubt I'm going to get in any exercise today because of my feet, but that's alright. I'm down 3.6lbs over the last week and I think that's due to giving myself a break from walking for 2 days and letting my body rest up. I'm hoping some more of my car parts show up so I can get started on my car this weekend. I have to call around and get prices on towing this evening. Busy busy! :flowerforyou:

I'm going to Myrtle Beach this week for vacation! :glasses: Leaving tomorrow evening. I know Friday night I'll be having a big seafood dinner and I'm going to try not to WAY overdo it to the point of feeling sick... but, I do want to eat whatever I want! And my friends and bf want drinks by the ocean at the tiki bar @ our hotel later that night... so I will probably have a couple... but we're getting up early (only one day at the beach :sad:) to drive to Columbia for a reptile show. So, hopefully my weight loss won't be totally sabotaged!I didn't lose any this week, but I didn't gain, either!

I'm trying to get back on the wagon but it's SO HARD :grumble: . Between being sick and moving I got seriously sidetracked. Don't want to weigh in until next week as am sure I gained because I was completely off tracking calories, drinking water, and exercise. Today is day one - I'm tracking calories, have drank 24 oz of water, and worked out over lunch - and I'm posting! Now I just need to keep it up...0 -
