I'm with you! A year ago, I would have said...cookies???! and would have eaten a whole plate...today, it's...nope, not worth it, the day doesn't feel right until I've done my elliptical and workout!! I have digital too, a Homemedics from Bed Bath and Beyond, it is very accurate, and was even 2# more than my Dr's scale, THAT NEVER happens! ha ha it was around $30

I agree....you need to eat to lose...it took me a good month before I started seeing results, give yourself more time and try to stay with your recommended calorie intake.
