I am going to try what you did. Have a hard time with 1200 calories and get frustrated when I go over. Also losing very slowly. I changed to 1 1/2 lbs and it up'd me to 1400 cals. SAY A PRAYER FOR ME! Thanks, Lois

I am a nurse and walk most of my shift. I have worn a pedomiter many times just to get an idea. I walk usually between 6-8 miles in a 12 hr shift. You should wear one and see what you do. I was shocked.

If you look under exercise database you find a list. I think it is similiar to hula hoop- twist motion. Listed is wi fit super hula hoop. I would use that.
