tracking "Bally twist board"

Hey guys
anyone ever use the bally twist board? Any idea on how I would track this in the exercise diary? If you don't know what it is, its basically a little circle thing you stand on and twist your body back and forth and its supposed to slim, tone, etc your midsection. Any suggestions?

If you look under exercise database you find a list. I think it is similiar to hula hoop- twist motion. Listed is wi fit super hula hoop. I would use that.0

I was trying to figure out the same thing last week i also have the twist board.. now if anyone could recommend different exercises to do on it that would be helpful also...0
