tracking "Bally twist board"

Hey guys

anyone ever use the bally twist board? Any idea on how I would track this in the exercise diary? If you don't know what it is, its basically a little circle thing you stand on and twist your body back and forth and its supposed to slim, tone, etc your midsection. Any suggestions?

  • If you look under exercise database you find a list. I think it is similiar to hula hoop- twist motion. Listed is wi fit super hula hoop. I would use that.
  • I was trying to figure out the same thing last week i also have the twist board.. now if anyone could recommend different exercises to do on it that would be helpful also...
