I'm on every day and have a diary that is open to friends. Add me if you are doing the same. It does help to learn diet tips from others.

I'm so happy for you! Well done!!!

I'm 5'10" in the US. Down 80+ lbs, I'm only letting my doctor weigh me but I think I dropped a few pounds since she weighed me 3.5 weeks ago. I've got another 50 or so pounds to lose. It is funny how much weight a tall person can carry making weight loss a LONG journey. My ideal weight is about 150 lbs but I'll be pleased…

Add if you keep diary open to friends. Either way, take care!

End of week status: 12.24 miles left to make a 240.00 mile goal

Feeling all alone in here! 162.77 of 240 mile goal. Methinks I'll make it.

A vote for the iPhone. The Droid app, on the Nexus 7, is not nearly as good. Besides having ads at the bottom of the screen, the Android app doesn't quickly and automatically find the foods you've logged. Maybe the Android phone app is different from the tablet one because the iPhone app is different from the iPad HD app.…

I don't weigh myself. My doctor weighs me and told me that I lost over 80 lbs (I thought it was about 75lbs). If I had weighed, I would have experienced the ups and downs and gotten depressed. Nope. I don't even have a scale -- for humans.

This except I eat the Fresco line of tacos. All other fast food? Nah.

The incredible shrinking woman -- that is you! Congrats!!!!

End of week: 101.26 of 240 goal. Need to catch up.
-
I'm so behind! Doubt I'll make target but will put in the effort.

I track anything over 20 or so calories and/or if I have the actual amount (like Altoids). I weight things occasionally -- like meat which I rarely eat but once I'm pretty sure, I use volume instead. I go back to weighing to make sure I don't underestimate over time after being lazy.

I'm thinking your "College Algebra" is very different than the "Algebra" math & science majors take in college (all theoretical -- real & linear). Unless you did well in Algebra in HS, you'll probably need to take "College Algebra" first. Statistics is only easy for people who already know what I think you are referring to…

Congrats! You must feel terrific. You look great!

I eat a BIG SALAD almost every day. I always start with the prepackaged salad because I like the green variety and carrots they contain. In most salads, I include the following: red onions Braggs Amino something crunchy like crumbled rice cakes (or croutons) a little kale for the vitamins something crunchy like nuts and/or…

I"m in my 50s but most (even my doctor) think I'm in my 40s. (Thank God.) MFP (any calorie logging actually) is working for me so I plan to stick with it. Add me if you plan to share your diary. Meal ideas keep me motivated.

I'm a Flextarian (semi-vegetarian) primarily for health reasons. I've rarely eaten more than 4 oz of meat (fish or poultry) in a week since 1986. Add me if you plan share your diary.

I say "good logging" because it is important to log even when you are over and I'm not faking it.

240 miles cycling this month is my target. Good Luck, AM!

Happy Resurrection Day, all!! 291.49 of 217 goal finished today.

Sick is sick and you shouldn't push yourself, SGRHO23. Glad you are back at it though.

Excellent! Why the "not impressed" avatar? I'm definitely impressed!

Everyone is "mixed". I've always hated the one drop rule because implies that purity is white and that is not only racist it is nonsense, IMO. Scientifically (and biblically) humans originated in one place, Africa, so every human is of African descent but some people are less pure than others. For the longest time I…

I have a Sodastream because I like my water fizzy. I don't use much flavoring and never any with sugar or saccharin. I fill up a 34 ounce container 2 times a day and usually finish them both off. You don't HAVE to drink so much water if you eat lots of fruits.
-
You are really working it, girl! You should be sooooooo proud of your progress.
-
Excellent work, AlethaMary. End of week progress for me: 177.24/217 miles "The boot" doesn't seem to hamper me too much so I might up mine a bit also.

This right here. I LOVE hugging a big man. A big man knows how to make you feel HUGGED.

Welllllllll, SGHR023, February and March (and maybe April-June) aren't the best for me either! I whined last month about what thought was a "torn ligament". Well, today I went to the podiatrist. I actually broke my foot! (Like a moron, I was hobbling on it for weeks.) It is healing but there is a bone separation that make…

Good week despite the blizzard. 109.15/372 miles Keep on, everyone.
