It's called denial! And it's worse when you watch those programs & think, " I could do that..", and then don't! You're here - you don't need anything else to keep yourself accountable. Watch them at the right time - eg, binge time :)

I realised that I like spending time on the computer, more than I did exercising, So, now I found this site, there's no more excuses - it's really that simple. You have to want to.
