Last night 50min on the elliptical, 2mi. Right now my heart rate is pretty good at about 140 doing this. No idea if I'll every hit 2mi in 30. I know I can get in 30min on my elliptical days, not always sure I'll get up to 2mi

Starting weight 204. Goal: 2mi atleast 30min (right now I am doing 45min but will try and get faster) Goal: no sugar/additive for 26 days challenge. I find starting actually more fun then when exercising for a year. When you first start you get say "ok, eliptical at lowest setting just make it for 10min". hmmm I think my elliptical may be giving me to many calories burned. In 30min at speed avg 60 tension avg 5 it says I burn up to 600 cal. Just weird

Day 10! Trying out some new settings. Did 30 min, 1800km at a resistance 5. Then setting 4 on the machine for 30min, 1800km. Good burn. Did it nice and early so I can take the kids on a nature scavenger hunt. heroyalslimne ~ nice burn!
