Spagetti squash: Cut in half, bake it in shell until done, take fork and shredded it, add some chopped tomatoes, sprinkle some basil and top with shredded cheese of choice. Put back in oven until cheese melts, cut into half (4) and enjoy.

LOL, I know what you mean...that's a great accomplishment.

I really can relate to what you saying here, I have problems with the ball of my feet hurting and could not stay in heels long. Since I have lost weight, shoes are more comfortable, my knees do not hurt and the back fat is almost gone. Wonderful job to us all...lets keep it up for the many years to come.

I'm a choc freak, definitely will try this. Thanks

How are your clothes fitting, that's what I mainly go by? Are they looking and fitting better on your body, sometimes I know we get so hung up on the scales? I wore a pair of pants yesterday and they were so big on me, I didnt really realize it until I pass a mirror at work and saw myself, I will need to do some…

You got to remember now that muscle weigh more than fat. You are probably toning more, also when you change a routine your body has to adjust, it' goes into shock. Hang in there, all this effort is going to really pay off, we have to be patience and not get discourage.

Hello, I'm not into running because of my knees, I just stick to walking, but I'm willing to help cheer you own as much as you need it. When I started on MFP, I weighed in at 192, I now weigh 175 (5'6'') my goal is 160. MFP really works if you stick with it. Count me in to support you.

After going to my Doctor in November 2011 and finding out I weighed 192 pounds (5 ft - 5"), I now weigh 177. I started MFP beginning of 2012, got 15 more to go and I will be ok. Also, when I could not paint my toenails, nor tie my shoes. I have to raise my foot on a chair or stool to do so.
