I am getting married in August and going dress shopping in Feb. It will be tough to stay on track through the holidays, but I look at my engagement ring and it motivates me. I want to get to 160 by Feb, I am currently 177, so I need to stay on track! We can do it!

I do protein shakes pretty frequently. My current favorite is with canned pumpkin, greek yogurt, ice, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder, almond milk, some water if it is too thick. Measure it up, log it in, enjoy a tasty treat, it is almost like a pumpkin milkshake.
