I'm in! I haven't had a drink since 12/31/14....Alcohol is a huge reason I didn't lose the weight I wanted to in 2014. Won't drink again until February 1, and even then, I feel so good not drinking that I doubt I'll be putting down the craft beers like I was. Here's to getting healthier!

I love to run! I did couch to 5k beginning in May last year, completed it, and now I'm training for a 10k. My goal is to be very consistent with running this year and get better at it. I'm looking to lose between 20 and 30 lbs. I live in the US, but I'd love to be your MFP buddy!

I gained a pound this week. Booo! I indulged a bit too much during the world cup...I'll do better this week!

Hey! Yesterday I completed w5d2. Tomorrow I will be doing the dreaded w5d3...a 20 minute straight jog! I am aiming for running a 5k on August 23. We can do this! C25k is a great program. What app do you all use? I use the ZenLabs app myself.

I started working at a craft beer bar a few years ago (when I was 23) and was encouraged to taste the beers on tap. Craft beers are delicious, but FULL of calories.
