Excellent work...your improving every day! I'm still on Week 2 Day 1. I ended up getting pretty sick and have to take a few days off. But I'm planing my come back for Monday!

Today: Completed W1 D2 L1 I completed 33 broken down into 4 sets with a 30 sec rest in between. The great part is that my form is improving and I'm going deeper. I also completed the pull up section and completed 3 with a 30 sec rest in between.

Yes..it's cool that you joined! It means that your ready to improve your overall strength. It really doesn't matter where you start, it matters where you finish and within a few weeks you'll be rockin them out like it's no body's business....

I'm at level 1... I downloaded the app to my phone and it's pretty good. I also downloaded an app for pull ups and sit ups as well...so I'll be working them together. Thanks for starting the group!

Count me in for this Challenge....I ended up downloading the android app for sit ups, squats and pull ups as well. All this should take 30 minutes 3x a week. Yes I'm up for the challenge...

You are so sweet...thank you for your support. I think following this program as designed will achieve great results on it's own. I just added in more cardio because I like Turbo Fire. I'll be doing less going forward because I'll be doing the C25K program. I'm here for you...but it seems you've got things under control!
