Taping the shoe is an excellent idea. I had the same problem with my knees and I ended up going bare feet and the pain went away, but the HIIT workouts I definitely need my shoes. I'm going to tape my shoe this evening..thanks for the tip!

First let me start off by saying...that I am so sorry for your loss.... I don't have words that I can expess my sympanthy. I'm a mother of 5 and I can only imagine...what you could be going through. I agree.... and it all depends what your goals are 55/25/20 works for me when I do a program likep 90X/ Insanity. I consume over 2100 calories per day with 250grams in carbs, aim for 115 grams in protein and 50 grams in fats...times I go over, but it's good fats...so I don't stress too much...

I agree....at the beginning of my journey I was trying to fit my macros into a standard 40/30/30 or 40/40/20 that was not for me....once I started to adjust to fit my needs that's when the results started to appear...

You will find lots of protein in all foods...especially dark leafy greens, but as an added source various types of sietan, themph, TVP, and beans to name a few. But some of the protein sources carry more carbs then you would find in a piece of chicken.

Yes...I had to use 3lbs for the side lunges with front raises. I agree with recovery in between workouts. I can't wait till Saturday! I'm beginning to feel sore muscles....! Jillian Michael better deliver because I'm working my *kitten* off!

Yes...it's true it can do a number on your knees and ankles. I had the same problem doing the 30DS. I ended up purchasing a new pair of running shoes and put an extra foam on the floor (I worked in my basement), rest my knee and I was good to go. No more knee or ankle problems. Please don't give up just take it slow.
