Go lightly active and if you don't lose after about 3 weeks, adjust it.
-
I lose about a 1 lb a week and i'm 5'2. I started with a lot of weight to lose and I was losing about 2 lbs a week.. now that I have less to lose I still lose about 1 lb a week. It is totally doable but you are going to want to workout and you are going to want to pay attention to nutrition.

I drink while I workout- it's called Bacardio :)

Today I ate citrus vodka soaked gummy bears... last night I drank cotton candy vodka and sprite zero, and I'm a regular user of marshmallow vodka, vanilla vodka, and whipped cream vodka :)

Try eating about 1600 - 1800 daily. If you are as active as you say you are, you need more calories. I know it seems crazy, but that's how it works. Forget the "eat back" stuff and just go for 1600-1800.

Just go in and set your own custom goals. I eat 1500 a day plus exercise calories back and I'm still losing about 1 a week and I currently weigh 160. I would start there and adjust as needed.

do u train by doing pushups and chinups? If not, you shouldn't expect to be able to do them. That's all. I'm sure if the challenge was surrounding things you do regularly it would be different.

My grandparents harvest honey :) lucky me i guess! I know exactly where I'm getting it!

Just gotta do it. I work full time, go to school full time, have a full time family, attempting a social life, and I try to be involved in church- find a 24 hour fitness center, buy a video and workout at home, make hikes/walks/runs a normal daily activity.. do it.

I would never date someone for 5 years and still not be married.. he's never going to commit. Confirmed Bachelor. Move on.

I typically just work it into my calories for the week. If there is something I want to eat that wouldn't be considered healthy, I eat it and comp the cals. If I go over one day, I even it out for the week. I don't deny myself indulgences, I just limit the quantity.

Professionals help you change, they don't change for you. Seeking professional help is a tool not a fix. It is completely possible to do it without professional help if you know how to do so. Professionals basically just give you the right formula. Another poster said that she had to change her thinking. I agree with that.…

Between this site and working with a trainer I lost 70 lbs. The trainer helped with workouts but I give most of my success to this site and learning the science behind calories in and calories out. The forums and pals are fun, but the tracking is what did it for me. I guess the reason I never met my goals before, is I just…

weights will make a huge difference. Do it. No question.

It is what it is. I know that for the rest of my life, if I want to keep the weight off (which i do), I will have to stay active and pay attention to calories in and out. Had I been doing it all along, I wouldn't have gotten fat in the first place, but I didn't and I did. LOL My bad! So.. Who wants to be one of those, "I…

do a calipers calculation. Do you go to a gym? They can check for you. that's gonna be the "best easy" way. They make scales but they are not very accurate.

Love it. And I'm a semi coffee snob-so it's a wallet breaker as well. Just moved to a new town-no coffee shops!!! Mcdonalds is my best option.. and that's not a good option!!!! Fail.

The time that you eat doesn't really matter. Save 300 calories and eat an after dinner snack. It's not going to hurt anything.

When i'm eating "right" according to how I want to be eating the only carbs I consume come from fresh fruits, veggies, and some dairy. I stay clear of breads, grains, pasta's etc. The theory behind that is carbs drive insulin and insulin drives body fat. On a lower carb diet (80ish carbs) I feel better and my body fat…

Youtube has a get fit in 90 channel. It has 90 days of free workouts.. Those types of workouts if done properly will burn 500-600 an hour.

All of the above. It totally depends on what you are doing, what your goals are and where you are weight wise. If you have a lot of weight to lose and you are following plan, the scale should be dropping. You are not "gaining" muscle if you are eating at a deficit. Watching your clothes sizes drop is a fabulous reward to…

Workout whatever time works best for you. For 8 months I worked out at 6pm 5 nights a week after work. Now I'm working out at 10 am 5 days a week before work (work schedule changed). Do what works best for you.
