whatever gets your heart rate where it needs to be.. I have to put the eliptical at level 10-13 and move 9-10 mph to break 160 these days. It takes both sometimes.

I don't see olive oil in your food log?? That's a lot of calories.

whenever i look at a food log and see .13 of a cup or some measurement like that, I can almost guarantee that the problem is inaccurate calorie counting. How do you measure .13 of a cup? Start weighing/measuring everything accurately and you will see a loss.

Clothes.. the last jeans I bought were size 12.. i'm now in a 4. LOL I have 1 pair of gym shorts/sweats/tee/bra, a work uniform.. and pants i stole from my sister that fit now. ;) I'm pretty sure my mom and sister got me several new outfits. I also want crossfit nano's, gymnastics hand grips, and coffee giftcards :)
