Morning. Gets the juices flowing for a long day at the office. Gives me energy to last throughout the day. When I come home it is all about the wife in kids. Definitely the morning.

Not sure where exactly your pain is. For me, I generally get pain just below my Patella. One knee is due to ACL replacement and the other is due to wear and tear. During my rehap years back, one of the most important pieces of advice I got was anytime you are doing any squats or lunges, you need to make sure your knees do…

Asche Zu Asche-Rammstein War Ensemble-Slayer Pretty much anything Rock 4 Soundtrack...LOL

Becks Light...Only 64 calories. Allows me more shots of JAGER!
-
Absolutely. First because you are allowed from time to time to have a crap day. Second, to provide motivation for the remaining days of the week to burn the calories that you binged on and make it up to yourself. You should never have to feel guilty!

Had to go the the tailor to get another pair of pants taken in by the waist...ah the sweet taste of victory!

Yes I fell victim to Dr. Oz and purchased the green coffee extract and raspberry ketones. I feel like it has helped with my metabolism and weight loss but not like blogs and he described. One thing I have noticed on bad days where I consume more fat or more carbs, I don't have any bloat and never gain any weight the next…

I hate em... But I love em!

I have muscle strains in my back all the time...and a fractured vertabrae (which has healed) but causes pain from time to time. Aside from non impact training like a bike, you may want to try pilates to help strengthen your core, yoga for increased flexibility and serious stretching. Depending on where your pain is, a lot…

Do your best and forget the rest! Don't sweat it if you can't complete the specific workout of that day. Life does get in the way sometimes. The key is to keep at it and you will do just fine.

Welcome Greg. MFP will definitely help you with your quest to be healthier.

Pains me to say but congrats to Spain. Absolutely dominated and set records after records. Should make for an interesting World Cup. Italy, well good tourney. You saved your worst for last but that does not take away from what you accomplished. Be Proud.

Well if you have a microwave at your place of work, then Steam Fresh vegetable bags. They are great. Quick and simple. Keep me full, loads of fiber and low calorie. I prefer the Italian blend personally. Leftovers always a great option. Cold pasta salad is great this time of year...and if you use whole wheat, pretty…

Welcome back. Now it's time for the new you!

Fantastic. Congratulations!

Azzuri!

Pulling for Italy. Unfortunately wife pulling for Germany. Will make for an interesting day tomorrow...not expecting same result like 2006 World Cup though...but one can wish!

Coke, diet coke, dew, slice...they all equal garbage. Aspartame, high fructose corn syrup, food coloring...all sounds quite yummy. Have an unsweet tea. Or better yet Drink a beer instead!
-
That's great. That is over a pound a week...Don't fret and keep it up!
-
Now that is an awesome ticker. The heat from the fire wings is incredible!
-
Rammstein. Nothing like industrial metal sung by angry Germans to get you moving!
-
I live in Huntersville and have the wonderful pleasure of traveling I77 to my office in South Park. Now if only there was a way to get a full bodied workout while commuting...hmmm
-
Congratulations! That is awesome. Keep up the hard work and enjoy the journey!

Drink up! Account for the calories. I personally like Becks Light. Nothing like a good German beer, and only 64 calories...leaves room for the shots of jagermeister!
-
Good to know I am not the only one. Like I said, I usually don't make habit of it but my wife does the cooking and I don't expect her save me the garbage all the time just so I can bust out the scanner. But yes, if mixed in with dirty diapers and other nasty garbage...I would just take a pass.
-
Easy! Jagermeister and beer. Thus why losing weight...Not so Easy!

The body only needs 40-60 grams of protein to build and maintain muscle mass. You can however become toxic on too much protein. I had a friend how was having 80-120 grams per day. He became lethargic, tired, jaundice and kept doing it. Finally doctors realized he was poisoning himself. The excess protein caused his liver…

Have you been checked for pre-diabetes or insulin resistance? Have you done any cleanses to reprogram your body? When I run into the plateau, I usually like to do a colon, candida or liver cleanse. I find it helps kick start my metabolism, break down foods properly and assimilate the nutrients my body needs. The other…

I am sure there will be a lot of us on here with this issue. I love to be healthy...but I also love to be bad on weekends. Friday/Saturday/Sunday- easy 4- beers and 3-4 shots of Jager per day (which is really the killer). I drink Low Cal Becks only 64 calories and much more pure and less filler then domestic. To curb the…

Congrats on the weight loss already. The good thing about strength training is that you do not need an expensive gym to get toned and build/maintain your muscle. Push ups, squats, lunges, tricept dips...all these are easy exercises to do just using your own body weight. You can go to a store, buy a couple of inexpensive…
