You can actually add it to your diary. If doing Plyo, add it to cardiovascular/Add own exercise. Best way to determine the calorie burn is to get a monitor. However, if you don't have that and have no intention, 600 calorie burn seems to be a fair number based on posts an comments all over the internet.

Your calories are too low. Not knowing your size, you should probably be somewhere between 1400-1500 or so. Your body needs fuel and you can only get that from good food. I think your body is going into starvation mode. With your low calorie intake and with the calories you are burning during workouts, you do not have enough calories needed for energy.
