I plan a week in advance. Every sunday, I prep my snacks, lunches and dinners for the day. The only thing that changes is breakfast because that depends on whether I'm doing fasted cardio or not. Usually I make a few different things, so I have variety, but I find it so much easier and less frantic when planning ahead.

What about cooking turkey or chicken at the beginning of the week, then slicing it up when needed?

I'll add :happy: I'm always looking for new and encouraging friends. It's quite discouraging when you get allllll these people that say they're there to help and motivate and then you never hear from them. Where's all the motivation at?! :huh:

I've found the Health-O-Meter scales right in Walmart in the home improvement section for "bathroom". They have their own little section for scales and measuring tools :)

I highly recommend the Health-O-Meter body fat scale. It reads your weight, BMI, body fat percent, and also the percentage of your weight that's water. I'm 5'3" and aiming for 130. My legs have always been my thickest part (I was a dancer for 9 years so it's where all my muscle is), however I'm lookig to be a toned and solid 130.

Gotta find ways to make fun! I usually find myself dancing around on the treadmill on my cardio days haha. Just remember, with every lb lost, and every muscle gained, you're inspiring someone else to be better! ;-)

Definitely recommend the flavored seltzer waters. Once I stopped drinking soda, I realized it wasn't the flavors that I was missing necessarily, but more so the carbonation. Water is great, but sometimes your body just wants a different texture.
