  • I make fruit smoothies that are maybe 32 oz and count those as part of my water intake ( i only put fruits in the blender with nothing else) but i still cant seem to get the 8 cup volume of liquids each day down.
  • I am going to ask my doctor to find out what is up. I had talked to her already about me peeing a lot and she said the amount i go is normal and not to be concerned. But i havent talked to her about upping my water intake and how that makes me pee even more. It is frustrating but i will get to the bottom of it
  • How long is a while? I try so hard and even force it sometimes but i feel like i pee it out anyway. And on days i eat a lot of fruit it is even more difficult to meet 8 glasses. I don't drink anything else except the occasioanl glass of milk or zero calorie propels and vitamin waters
  • i use my ipad to log it and all i do is clickon progress on the side and there is a field that says update weight and boom it is done. on the website however you can click on "my home" on the left side click "weigh in" and then enter your weight. that should be it. if not i would ask the moderator
  • zumba is amazing! i have a really bad knee and i can do the entire hour! it works you out good. keep with it, the classes are so much fun but on days you can't go zumba for wii is probably just as good.

  • forget all those people running their tooshies off. you burn more calories faster on an incline. i am physically unable to run. i put the incline up pretty high and power walk and boy do i work up a sweat! and according to the machine i burn a lot of calories. i am also that person that looks at the machine of the person…

  • @1sassycox i stopped the pill in early january also, and i have been on it for almost as long as you. That is one big concern since i heard stopping can cause you to gain weight. I am exercising and eating within my parameters set on myfitnesspal but i am still worried that stopping the pill will hinder my goals.
