New HR-Polar FT4. Unsure of accuracy
Ok so i caved and bought a HRM. Polar FT4. Hubby and i went for a hike in the trails with our pup. Took 51 minutes and the HRM said i burned over 400 Calories!!!!!!!!!!! Difficult to meet water intake goal
Ok i need to drink more water each day. I carry it around but i don't drink it except at meals. When i drink more than 5 or 6 cups a day (not to get too personal) i pee A LOT! What gives? Any thoughts?
