hello everyone!! I am curious if anyone else sets monthly goals and what are they.
Here are my goals for april 2012

Goals for April 2012
[ ] drop jean size
[ ] less cheat days than march (15 days in march over by 100 calories)
[ ] 8 cups of water every day
[ ] decrease sodium intake
[ ] reach 20lbs lost
[ ] reach 25lbs lost

    No monthly goals usually, but this month I want to get down to 20lbs lost in total (could happen any day now - tomorrow, even!), and I'd like to start recording PBs for a mile running and see them improve throughout April.

    Since I started running at the beginning of March, I've been doing a 0.8 mile route and watching my PB per km, but I've mapped out a new route today so I can work towards running a mile and can watch my personal bests improve.

    That sounds like a goal to me. I am looking forward to 20lbs lost, i think i will steal this goal and add it to my list. Good luck!
