Wondering how tall you are? I'm starting at a similar weight and shooting for the same goal, so just curious as it's awesome to see someone hit a goal I'm reaching for!! You look AWESOME!!

Mine is open! And I'm looking for more friends with open diaries as well. Struggling with some plateaus and always looking for new ideas:-)

Hang in there! I really started noticing big changes once I hit around 25 lbs...and I'm sure it's different for everyone...I'm on the taller side so I think it took more weight to notice the difference. But you WILL get there! And you're doing GREAT! Just remember, if you stop now, you WON'T see that change you want, but…

I over ate this weekend and still lost! I think once in a while it actually kickstarts things...I always feel horrible, but I usually still lose a bit, or stay even, so no worries!! Keep up the good work!

It's a GREAT feeling! I got some attention after 20 lbs or so, but I REALLY started getting comments after I got past 40...last weekend I saw a bunch of people that hadn't seen me in months, and I got comment after comment from people about how they didn't recognize me at first, and how much smaller I was! I agree, it gets…

In the past when I've given myself "BIG" goals, I've always gotten stuck on that and gotten tripped up and frustrated, because that goal feels SO far away! Give yourself small mini goals and work towards those, with 100 lbs being your end goal! It will keep you motivated!

Go to a local nutrition center (we have some that are run by Herbalife) and have them do a body scan that tells you how many calories burn based on your metabolism. It will basically tell you how many calories you burn "just being alive" and then factor in how much exercise you plan to do, to give you a daily calorie goal.…

I agree...someone can be totally overweight or completely out of shape, and if they know you're on a diet, they're automatically going to find something wrong about how you're eating or how you're exercising! Everyone is an expert! Keep up your great work:-)

That's the worst! Give a little credit where credit is due! Congrats on your 7 lbs lost!!!

I love my FitBit...it's a great way to be aware of your activity. I check it throughout the day, and if I'm behind where I should be, I know I need to get out and move! I think it's more than worth the money!

Same here....one week in and I'd love some group motivation! Anyone interested in accountability and motivation (I'm a great cheerleader) feel free to add me!!

I find that if I want my hsuabnd to get in shape....it's all about what I do! If I eat healthy, and make healthy meals, then he'll eat them....otherwise he'd be just like your boyfriend, eating whatever! But he has absolutely no interest in working out---doesn't like physical activity whatsoever, so that's not something we…

Same here! I'd love some more friends on here to keep me motivated! I'm trying to drop about 30 pounds by summer as well!

Same here! Good luck, you can do it! It's true, the more people you have "watching" you and helping, the easier it is to stay on track!!
