Just add a little exercise a day. A year ago I could't walk more than a few feet without stopping to catch my breath. Here I am a year later and I walk 3.5 miles per day and ride the stationary bike 6 miles. If I can do it I know you can. I'll be rooting for you. Less of me soon

go to today's diary and click remove on the foods you added by accident. If you want to add them to yesterday's diary, you can change the date on top and make the corrections. Hope this helps.

Actually you are doing great! People that take off weight too fast always gain it back along with more. If you lose a pound a week that is 52 pounds a year. Losing it at a slower pace allows you to eat a little more and not feel deprived. A year from now you will step on the scale and realize that you have lost 52 pounds…
