You just have to take one day at a time. Try to keep busy to take your mind off things. It is sad when things break up try to be positive. I wish you all the strenth to overcome this.

Start to focus on something more important...yourself. As the old saying goes, Time will heal all.
I wish you the best, now start to focus.

I'm sorry you are going through that! :flowerforyou: I know how you feel.
Don't let a break up brake your stride though; just focus on the things that you need to do right now. It hurts bad when you were with someone you really cared about and it will be a while before it stops hurting but focusing on other things and getting out there will help you take your mind off of it.
I used to day I wish there was a pill I could take to get rid of the heartache and sadly, there isn't. I remember I used to go for long walks, i would excercise, I would read, anything to get my mind of how terrible I was feeling. Just remember everything happens for a reason and maybe you are getting something much better in the future....0 -
It sucks
BUT I think only time will help
Other than that, STAY BUSY...get out, hang out as much as possible with friends....

You are so welcome! I just remember getting my heart torn to pieces ten years ago and it being the most emotionally difficult time for me. I meant what I wrote earlier!! In my case, I worked on me for over a year after that terrible break up and you know what? I met a guy when I wasn't even looking about 18 months after and it turned out he was a million times a better person than the one I cried over all that time. We are now married, have two wonderful daughters, and he turned out to be the best dad I could have picked for them. Today is our 8th wedding anniversary and if I ever run into that "other" guy, I would say "thank you" for not coming back after me. I see now that would have been a disaster...0
