sounds like a plan! I know it goes against our every grain to eat MORE....but, I really do see the logic in it now. If you are going to continue to exercise/train hard...definately eat more. You may find yourself going....what in the world can I eat now...cause I'm not hungry and don't want to eat. But, we are training…

I can only tell you what has worked for me. I hit a plateau and decided to change things up alot. I upped my calories to maintence and stopped exercising. By the end of the week I lost .5 lbs (after 3 weeks of losing nothing). Then I kept my calories at maintence and added small amounts of exercise. Now I've lost another…

weighing in today...cause I can't wait to share!!! Oct 1- 140.2 lbs Oct 20- 138!!! I have lost 2.2 lbs. I finally broke the plateau! Hope you are all having success!

Well, all I know is that I eat fresh fruit everyday that puts me "over" on my daily recommended by MFP. But, I'm still losing. And!!! I'm doing it on 1700 calories a day. I weigh 138 lbs and I'm 5'4". EVERYONE's body is different!!! Our bodies all respond differently. Also, over time your body will respond differently to…

I have failed at these. I boiled them like 2 min....but they did not firm up. Nor do they look ANYTHING like the picture. Oh well, I realize some recipes just don't work for me. Side note....the gooieness that was suppose to be a cookie....quite yummy!

Here is another way to look at this.... What you were doing to get fat = do the opposite to get thin. What you are doing now that has you at a plateau = do something different! Your body is a science that can't be truely understood!

definately eat more! Up your calorie intake to maintanance for a week or two. Still eat healthy good for you food...just more of it. Then after a week or two, cut your calories back to lose 1/2 lb per week and you will see the scales move again. You will be amazed at the difference this will make. I did this this week....I…

Good morning ladies. I'm 36 years old and had a total hysterectomy at the age of 33. I was over 200 at the time of my surgery and was on Estrace for about 1 1/2 years. When I finally had my ah ha moment...I was 235 lbs. I just wanted to pop in and give you ladies some hope. I'm 3 years post menapause and I've lost 96 lbs…

welcome to the group! Glad to have ya!

I substituted whole wheat and honey for the flour and sugar and the cupcakes themselves were good....not great, but I'd make them again adding more honey. However, I could not get the topping to work at all. I read a few of the posts about it not being solid enough so I stuck it back in the freezer for a couple hours…

congratulations all you losers! Very happy for your success!

Purposely fell off the wagon. I'm taking a week break from exercise in general. Trying to give my body time to heal and I've increased my calories to maintaince. Hoping this will send my body into confusion. Then I'll shake it up again and start up. Hope you are all having success!
-
Ugh...maintained AGAIN. However, I suppose that is good. I've changed things up a bit. I increased my calories to maintaince and dropped all exercise. I'm doing this for a week, then I'm picking things back up and starting fresh. I am trying to shake things up and confuse the heck out of my body. We'll see if this…

Get up at 4:30 and do 30 day shred. Or anything. If you are going to bed at 9pm...then you can spare 30 minutes of sleep. Another option...While sitting at your desk talking on the phone...do some strength training. Keep weights in your drawer and do 10 reps of curls or anything else to strengthen your muscles. What I have…

I ate well. Nothing destructive...but I normally do my weigh -in's on Monday....and I didn't see any movement. I guess not maintaining is better than gaining. I know I'm nearing the end of my weight loss...but I don't want to be done. It is hard to see the scales moving slower now....especially since for 7 months I was…

I'm halfway through 30DS. I've had 3 c-sections (the last being a complete hysterectomy 2 years ago) I have noticed improvement in my abdomen, but it isn't in the lower section where the "muffin top" is. I'm sad to say...I don't think anything but surgery will tighten that up for me. However, that doesn't mean that is the…

Can't wait to take day 30 pictures...I have day 1 day 7 and day 14 pics and you can definately see changes in the definition. Have only lost about 1/2 inch…

Um....the pill isn't what is causing the loss. You are eating less...duh. And Exercising. I'm not trying to sound snotty...(even though I know it does) But, c'mon...seriously. If you are eating less and exercersing...why do you need to pollute your body with toxins? Besides...stop taking the pills and you'll revert right…

good for you! Don't delete those before pics...hang on to them to remind you how far you have come and where you never want to go again! You have earned this....don't ever let it go!

Day 11....level 2 sucks! I had to modify alot, not because it was hard, but because it was too much stress on my ankle. I may have to try level 3 instead. If you are still doing this challenge....let me know.
