We've had people pick up the poo....But, then they leave the bag with the poo in it! SERIOUSLY? Sure, you've picked it up...but now I have to throw it away? I don't think so!

I forgot to say....I never waste the yolk. My dog gets the yolk and it's good for her coat. For anyone wishing to succeed in their "diet", do what you can to inform yourself. If you want to follow a fad...fine, do it fully informed as to why it is suppose to work. RESEARCH!!! Don't take the word of anyone just because they…

I can't stand the flavor of the yolk...so, for me, it is only about the taste! Just glad the part I like is the lower calorie part...that's not typical for me :)

Oh my gosh people! Please stop! This isn't about being in a certain calorie count every day for the rest of your life. This is about being healthy for the rest of your life. If you are just here to lose weight and not learn anything along the way. You will gain it all back and then some. It is about balance. So, OP asked…

I eat "normal" food, fast food, and junk food! In moderation and when I really want it! I've lost 98 lbs. Well said!

I sell chocolate for a living and I manage to eat chocolate every day AND still lose weight. The key is...moderation, quality, and process of consumption. First of all, dark chocolate is going to shut down that part in your brain that is calling for chocolate. Second, if you are allowing the chocolate to melt in your mouth…

Just gotta say...I've "lost" nearly 100 lbs...never white stuff in my pee! There are many scientific answers here that sound pretty informed. Go with those....

It's all genetics! Look at your momma...if she has tight skin, you will likely bounce back. This girls loose and saggy...but...I'm thin and healthy!

This! ^^^ Being that it is a dress. Go with tights or nylons or nothing. If it were a different cut, and a "shirt" style...then I would go with leggings. Because it is a fitted dress for the most part, leggings would look "off". I say strap on some sexy heals and show your gorgeous legs!

I'm a homeschooling mom here! So I vote...whatever works best for your family. Weigh all the options and see which one will work best for your family and child! Good luck! It's a tough choice/decision to make.

I always wanted to be an 8! Now I'm a 4!!!! Just goes to prove that you never know what you can do!!!

Congrats! I maintained my weight this week....didn't hit the 5. But that is ok with me! Happy Halloween all!

Weigh-in! Starting weight 140.2 current weight 136.6 Total loss for challenge: 3.6 lbs. I'm quite happy with this. While I would have loved to have lost the 5 lbs, considering I've lost 98.5 lbs total....and extra 3.6 is awesome this late in the game! I'd really like to lose another 5-8 lbs before Christmas...but, if I…

oh yes...that is definately irritating!

I'd have to say my 12 year old daughters voice! She has a little bit of Adele and Christina Aguilera combo going! Rasp and yet can carry those high notes! I choose her!

congrats! 135 is my goal too! I'm so close! Have a great day!

Yep...same here. I've lost almost 100 and I'm a size 4 (a size I NEVER imagined wearing, I was hoping for a 8 or 10). But, I still see myself as the fat girl. I really struggle to force myself to see my accomplishments of reaching a healthy me and giving myself time to adjust!

I'm liking the spa idea! I do deserve to pamper myself! Any other ideas?
-
I did the same thing...only more extreme. I went up to maintainence (1800) and stopped exercise all together. 1 week later...I'm down 2.5 lbs.

http://stress.about.com/od/stresshealth/a/cortisol.htm This may not be of any help to you....but I know that I'm going to do more "stress reliever" activities from now on. I do notice that my scale responds to stress.
