What fills me up is usually soup. Put vegetables and beans(they are carbs so they are more filling) add with water. Add some spice ..pepper, salt, a little bit of oil and something hot like hot sauce and that should be pretty good.

I am using a different scale(came back to school) and I really dont know what my true weight loss is right now but today I weighed in at 1/9/07 144.8.

is there such thing as withdrawal? I have stopped eating sweets(all sugar) . Its been about 1.5 weeks and for the last two days i have been getting some headaches... I wonder if the two are connected?

try foods with fiber.There is a post cereal called grape nuts and that fills me up quicky.Its kinda tasteless but if u can get over that .Try eating warmer foods such as soups or drink tea without sugar instead of water. I read somewhere that warm foods tell your brain that you are getting full.

if u have a publix in ur area..u should try to catch their bogo deals....this week they have a whole bunch of healthy food on that type of sale... try doing cereal as snacks or yogurt

yje holidays messed up many people including me.... I am getting back on track and u can do it as long as u are honest with yourself......put in everything u eat and u should be fine. when u feel like giving up I will be here 4 support

If you ate a lot yes. But if you ate to be satisfied an hour should be sufficient.

grrrrrrrrr...........I did so well last week and I thought I was going to do well but this weekend messed me up and I gained 2 pounds...I need to get back on track because I am tired of putting on clothes and them being too tight!!!

I have to weigh my self constantly.that's how I know that my weight is stable and if I am putting weight on. For me it's hard to lose but really easy to gain! really easy

Christmas is a killer. I did fine during the day but some of my friends wanted to meet up around 11 at night and they brought out all kinds of pastries and I told my self I will only try one well that one turned into 5. So now I am watching what I eat. I really want to lost those 10 pounds and look really nice and squeeze…

yes it does... but u have to remember that guys lose weight faster than girls! its easier for guys to gain muscle and muscle burns calories faster!

that actually sounds like a really good idea. it gives people an incentive to keep going. i think it would br really good if you can compete with someone your own weight and height!!!! it would be a good tool on this site as well

I am about to head to work.. I work untill 11 and usually dont eat after 5 or 6 so I should be alright...... I hate days liek this....

I went over my carbs but I dodnt even eat anything unhealthy. I ate 2 apples and 2 oranges and it pretty much took up my entire daily carb value. Do you guys know where I can look up carb values for food?

you need to make it a life style.. you need to do it over time and when you do lose the weight you need to keep working out, not as intensely but maybe 3 or 4 times a week and you can not eat whatever you want. I mean you can, but in moderation. Much luck, B
