Hey all, I am almost done and i did not follow the food plan. I have not lost any weight but I did tone a bit. My only advice is follow the eating plan as well. I will be restarting it next week and following the food plan to see if I can get better results.

You can try one of those wraps(Body wrap/slim wrap...) that promises to take inches off. Its a dehydration methood.

Worst thing I have ever tried. I tried the Peanut butter- Disgusting; I tried the caramel dip- Even worse It seriously tasted like melted plastic. Not for me; but to each his own .

I have only been feeling this way for about a week. I hope its not gallbladder. I just had a friend get hers removed. But, I don't believe its eating habits . My eating habits have not changed in a while.

use it as a salad dressing ... chop up tomatoes, cucumber, onions, and u can even add lettuce...salt and pepper to taste and yogurt . Tastes really good when the tomato juices are infused with it.

instead of those...have u guys thought about greek yogurt. 8 oz contains about 20g of protein and is under 130 cals!

I had the same thing happening and I went to the doc. I ended up on the verge of anemia so that may be ur problem...now that I take the prescribed pills I feel a lot better

i used yaz anad in 2 months gained 20 pounds. My boobs went from a small C to a D. I felt like a bloated fish. I switched pills and I ended up loosing 10 pounds and I am working on the other 10. it sucks though!

I usually figure that I burn about 100 cals every 10 min(1 mile) of intense exercise. I usually go by that which is close to mfp and the machine

Ive had a part-time job as a cashier. You would not believe how much people lie about their weight. I had people that I know are a lot bigger than me say that they weigh 115 or 120. Ive also had people that were in the 200's have 130 on their DL. If its within 10 pounds that's ok but 50 pounds difference is a lot!

Thanks 4 the great advice everyone. I've been doing it my way 4 a long time with no results. I figure I should give this a try and see what happens in the next month or so. I hate feeling bloated all the time and thinking that I am eating way way 2 much. But I'm giving it a try.
